Exhibitions
One of the activities of the GEP-AFTP is organising French national pavilions at major international oil/gas exhibitions: OTC, GASTECH, GNL/LNG, ONS, OE, NEFTEGAZ, etc.
Our role is to reserve a space early with the organisers to ensure the best location for the exhibiting businesses.
Then the GEP-AFTP:
- initiates the sale of furnished and fitted stands or bare spaces to companies (whether members or not of the GEP-AFTP).
- manages the logistics between the various service providers: organisers, economic missions, decorators, transporters, travel agencies and customers.
- Provides after-sales service to participants and delivers “turnkey” stands the day before the event opens.
During the exhibition, we ensure that your participation goes without a hitch and we organise themed lunches or cocktails.
The exhibition programme is produced in conjunction with UBIFRANCE to cover our members and offer them the chance to take part in more international exhibitions.
